HR Officer (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, craft job descriptions, and build candidate pipelines through events and passive sourcing. Proficiency in recruitment tools, labor laws, and visa processing is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role also involves preparing recruitment reports, supporting contract engagements, and driving continuous improvements in hiring strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive full cycle of recruitment processes from sourcing, screening, interview and offer management to on-boarding of candidate.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Craft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Effectively utilize resources to identify suitable candidates, including passive candidates sourcing
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with wider HR team in preparing relevant documents for work visa applications
  • Work with Procurement Department and Vendor on the new contract engagement, as well as contract renewal.
  • Track and update on recruitment results and develop plans for continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports
  • Undertake market research and mapping exercises
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments/ projects

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in talent acquisition or HR.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, visa processing, and employment regulations.
