Aztech offers robust Testing, Quality Assurance, and Validation capabilities to ensure the reliability and performance of every product we deliver.
Leveraging advanced tools such as LabVIEW and Python for test program development, along with basic QMS software and SPC tools, we maintain strict quality control throughout the production process. Our facility is equipped with In-Circuit Testers (ICT), Flying Probe Testers, Functional Testers (FCT), environmental test chambers, and calibration equipment to perform comprehensive product validation. Dedicated QA and testing zones are outfitted with environmental controls, ESD protection, and safety measures, including a full calibration lab, to uphold the highest standards in electronic manufacturing.
Testing Program
- Test program development software (e.g., LabVIEW, Python), basic QMS software for documentation and NCRs,
