4 carrots (chunks)
4 potato (chunks)
1 radish (chunks)
2 pounds’ beefs (cubes)
1 small onion diced
2 cups beef stock
1 tbps of vegetable oil
1. Set pressure cooker to beef/lamb function
2. Heat oil then cook the onion and the beef until brown
3. Add in potatoes, carrots, radish and beef stock. Seal afterwards. Wait for 35 minutes then release the pressure afterwards.
4. Stir in some cornstarch until it thickens.
5. Add dark soya sauce and salt to taste. Serve immediately after cooking.
