850g canned tuna in water (drained)
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
160g caster sugar
Roasted white sesame seeds + 3 lemon leaves
1. Put drained tuna into the bread barrel.
2. Select "Jam" setting and press Start. (2 cycles)
3. Add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, caster sugar and lemon leaves.
4. When the floss is dry and crispy, add in sesame seeds.
