Job Role:

  • Work closely with business to drive data analytics projects for business/ manufacturing process improvement, business expansion/ streamlining, new products etc.

Research & Development (R&D)

The position is mainly responsible for Internet-of-Things (IoT) products development. He/She will be working with our R&D team in Singapore. The position will focus on the development process from initial technical research, prototypes preparation, engineering samples build, testing and validation, product certification to mass production. The candidate will also have a chance to work with our R&D team in China and Hong Kong.

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for the IoT products hardware design based on required product specification.
  • Definition of system/subsystem architecture and design target.
  • Define testing and validation procedures and methodology.
  • Schematic design, Bill-of-material (BOM) generation, components selection/validation and costing preparation.
  • Work with mechanical engineer, PCB layout engineer and project leader to complete the project tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Sound and solid design and implantation experience with ZigBee, Bluetooth, Z-wave, LoRA and Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Sound and solid schematic design experience on analog and digital circuit, including AC/DC, DC/DC, re-chargeable batteries charging circuit, I2C, SPI and DDR RAM interface circuitry.
  • Familiar with hardware validation test and regulatory approval such as safety and EMI test.
  • Knowledge of different types of sensing technologies (PIR, microwave, ultrasonic, PM2.5 and etc.) will be ad added advantage.
  • Knowledge of microcontroller programming (C/C++, assembly) will be an added advantage.
