updated Installation diskettes.
Most installation software that
we provide includes Subdirectory
and Volume Label.
During
Installation, ensure SHARE.EXE
or VSHARE.386
(in your SYSTEM.INI) is not loaded.
Product Identification
:
On
certain cases, one Product name
may refer to several different
card or drive models. Therefore,
it is important to properly identify
the model of the card or CD-ROM
drive that you have for efficient
feedback.
For Interface
Card :
Check
the FCC-ID
, typically located on the bottom
of the card.
( Example : I38-MMSN845
)
or,
check the Product Name
stated on the white sticker label,
located at the back of the card.
( Example : SG PRO 16
II FP - EAN6L (A) ).
This identification applies to
most of the new products only.
For Installation
Disk/Software :
Check
the Volume Label
of the diskette, normally displayed
when you do a DIR command.
( Example : SP16OBEC202
)
or,
check the Description
Title of the README.TXT,
found on the first Installation
Disk/Software.
( Example : Sound Galaxy
Pro 16 II v 2.02 )
or,
check the Hardware Description
of the Product, found at the bottom-content
of the README.TXT.

:
Check
the Model Number
